Lush Products Review

I've always heard how expensive Lush products were, but never actually stopped by the store before. I guess lately I've been curious because I was afraid my skin was looking a bit... old and dry. Yikes! Right?

I did some research about what to treat my skin with and I decided on these two products.

Eau Roma Water

Type: Soothing herbal toner

Lush description: Found Here

My Review: The way I used the product was by simply praying a bit on my face in the morning and let it soak into my skin. At night I would spray some on a cotton ball to remove any excess makeup on my skin after I washed my face. As Lush describes, I found it to be very cooling and soothing for my dry skin. It smells wonderful and my skin looks more hydrated after the Roma Water was soaked in.  

I am not sure if it has helped with redness, however. I have some rosacea on my face and I was using the second product for that. So I'm not sure how much the Eau Roma Water helped contribute to the toning down of that.

Dream Cream

My Review: What caused me to get this product was 1) it was one of the best selling items and 

2)NikkiPhillippi recommended it because it helps with the rosacea I have. I think it helped with the rosacea a lot. It's not as red by the bridge of my nose and cheek area anymore! Very happy with that! The only thing I'm not too happy about is the smell is a bit strong and it feels sticky on my skin.

Shibuyala: Japanese Lingerie

I have come to know this place when, my friend and fellow blogger, xlicious and I had an outing to San Gabriel. She told me that this company had really cute lingerie and I'm such a sucker for lace and cute undies!

I haven't taken pictures of the shop, but you can see very lovely photos on xlicious' review of Shibuyala .

The ladies there were very nice and ready to help you find what you are looking for. I found a couple bras I liked (oh and did I mention they came with cute matching undies?!?!) and tried them on.

In the end I bought this adorable duo and a lucky pack bag!!~

The bra definitely gave me cleavage, because for some reason I don't really get cleavage with a 32D boobs, but whateves LOL! All the sizes are japanese, so you can always try a converter (this one is accurate) or you can ask the ladies at the store. They gave me the right size off the bat, but it's not bad to check online just in case.

RWBY fangirling

This series is so awesome! Made by my favorite group Roosterteeth! I'm sure you've seen gifs from Reds trailer. Thats what got me hooked! The wonderful art style, action and music is all very captivating!

As I was watching each trailer, I already decided I wanted to cosplay one of them. But who?

Once I saw this trailer...I knew who I was going to cosplay!

Yes, YELLOW!! I wish I was as cool as her in real life! I have a thing for motorcycles and shotguns sleeves ;) !!

Steampunking It !

I've decided to get on the steampunk train!!

I always wanted to get into steampunk and I have taken the plunge. I started by getting a general idea of who my steampunk self is. I went with airship pirate and thought about what I wanted to wear. This site helped me a lot to think about my steampunk persona.

And the result is this sketch I did!

So far I have bought:

1) Torian corset in the royal blue and gold medallion chenille- Damsel in this dress
2) Cream blouse- Damsel in this dress
3) nerf toy shotgun- Amazon

I am very excited for these items to come in!! Will do a review once they get in :) !

I'm going to try this thing again. I'm really not good at blogging or even keeping up with youtube videos. Maybe if I give myself some kind of one post per week goal, it will all be possible. I guess we shall see haha!

Arpakasso!!!

These freaking cute alpaca plushies are jut too much for me to handle! I saw one at ALA and I bought her. I'm pretty sure she's a boot leg but she looks exactly the same as the real thing.

This is my alpaca I got at ALA. We took her to denny's and she looks like she's peering over the sweater looking at me haha!! But anyway She's my so called boot leg version and I say that because the tag that was on her was some Chinese company. Didn't look like the actual Arpakasso, Japanese, tag.

Yet another addition....

Thanks to my friend I found myself addicted to designer shoes. The fashionista in me is telling me to buy and collect every single one that suit my fancy. Which shoes am I talking about? Well, Jeffrey Campbell's Litas of course!

I have tried to be more selective in choosing which I want. But it is so hard to pick! I told myself I will try to get the "Brown Distressed Leather"(as it is named) or the "Brown Calf" color because dark brown is a nice color to wear with everything!~ I also told myself, "hey I should get a fun colored one!", easier said then done! They have so many pretty, cool, fun litas! I find myself attracted to the pink colors as well as the glittery ones. For the fun ones I'd have to see and try them on in person sadly. I am too indecisive to order just one fun pair online LOL ! Plus the color might be slightly different from the computer.





Another shoe that is a must have for me, while collecting the Litas are Sam Edelman's Rosa shoes! I pretty much NEED the black ones! However I thought I wanted the black spikes, now I'm not sure if I'd like the silver more... O well.. they are pretty pricy, so it may be a while until I have they money. Also by then I hope to be confident in walking in heels. Oh and let's not forget these sexy babies!! Sam Edelman's Zoe boots!~ sigh!!~




Lastly Steve Madden! My absolute favorite! I really like his things because I can always find at least two things that I like from him. I got these babies for christmas! Didn't open them yet tho. I'm so excited to wear them :D !


Steve Madden also has some nice heels! I call them teacher heels cause they have a thicker heel and I can wear them when I student teach. well.... maybe wear them @_@. Depending on how much I have to run around LOL ! But regardless nice cute heels in pretty colors~




Anyway, I hope I can get used to walking in heels! I bought a starter pair from nine west. Very comfy! hehe! But anyway I must wear them at least 10 times to get my monies worth, or ever think about getting a new pair of heels. I think I can do it! LOL !! Will tell about my progress later!

Dispicable Schmucks

I saw the trailer for Dinner for Schmucks a while ago and thought It looked interesting, so once we felt like going to the theater we saw this along with Dispicable Me. The story was pretty funny. Like in the tailer you don't really know much about what is happening except for crazy Steve Carell. I won't ruin it, but its a pretty fun story. I'm not sure if I would tell a friend "Hey go check out this movie its SOOO FUNNY". My feelings of how good it is, is a step below that last statement. LIke its good but not rediculously good. I had fun tho haha!~

Haha yes another steve Carell movie! After hearing about the cute fluffy unicorn I had to see what all the hype was about. Visually everything in the movie I thought was great! O and I saw it in the normal theater so no 3d. But! I thought it was good all the same. Story however was a bit slow and I found myself and my boyfriend moving around in our seats alot. Parts were cute, the usual, So that can be why I felt i wasn't enjoying the movie as much as I wanted to. All the cute parts were from the trailer. So I found I liked Dinner For Schmucks more then Dispicable Me. Hopefully my next movie adventure will be better! I still want to see Inception!!!

Morro Bay Camping Adventure!

At the end of august andrew and i took a trip to Morro bay with our friend Rovy, his brother lenny, and their family+ friends, and daniel. Honestly It was so much fun! Wish we did more but its ok~ It was pretty cold to do things other then go to town, and night time coldness was a bit of a bummer too @_@~! Food was amazing! I've never been so well fed in my life on a camping trip! So much good Indonesian food! I never had some apart from the carnival food from last year. But wow! I loved it so much i had second helpings at every meal! Sadly i didn't get any pictures of the food, but here are some pictures~

Spending too much!!~

So I've bought at least 4 things the past 2 days! YIKES!!!

I've made my final payment on my little girl!~ She should be here in a couple weeks or so from texas!

I also bought a new jacket today from this asian fashion site called jstyleshopper.com .

Very cute things there! A bit pricey but I'm willing to try it from the cheap forever21 alternative. They have things i like plus i can invision myself wearing it because all the models are asian!~ but anyways I LOVE THE STYLE !!!

I also got alot of things for my dolls cause i got back into them again. I got a casual dress set for one of the girls. Its like a fall/winter outfit. I got kisa and toushiro a new wig. Which im looking foward to getting because the styles are really different and i'm experimenting with colors.

And thats all i think that i bought. I really want to buy more things tho @__@ I need to start saving up for other stuff . blah!!~ well that is all!!~

Anyway I just bought some of those covetted tights that have poka dots on them OMG! hahaha so freaking hard to find! and bought them on line at the forever 21 store. YES! but boo for $5 shipping....ehh...

I bought my friend a pair too cause she wanted them and is crazy for them also. I hope they fit us good. It was one size fit all X_X

Looking at chictopia made me want so many different kinds of shoes. Meh...MONEYYY!!!

I want black and white mary janes, one of those will be a bit high heeled and the other normal doll like shoes. One pair of black and white spectators shoes with a bit of a square heel. Next, a pair of black, normal, cute, close toed heels. Brown oxfords would make my day and so would a pair of sam edelman black boots!!~
